When you visit minorsaintz.com, we collect anonymous analytics data including page views, clicks, scroll depth, time on page, and device type. We also record how you arrived — the campaign parameters in the link you clicked, the ad platform click ID, the referring site, and the country your connection resolves to. If you apply through one of our recruit forms, we store what you enter: your name, email, Instagram handle, links to your work, and the details relevant to the role (voice type for vocalists; borough, DAW, and genres for producers), along with any notes you add.
We use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel to understand how people interact with our site and to serve relevant ads on those platforms. These services may set cookies on your device. We use Google Tag Manager to manage all tracking. Some of these events are also sent directly from our server to Meta and TikTok, which means they are recorded whether or not your browser blocks the tracking scripts.
Applications are stored in a private Notion workspace that only minorsaintz can access. If that fails, the submission falls back to a private Google Sheet under our control. Both are ours; neither is shared with anyone outside the duo.
Analytics data helps us understand our audience and improve the experience. Applications are used to evaluate vocalists and producers for collaborations, and — in the coded form described at the end of this policy — to improve who our ads reach. We do not sell your data for money. Under some US state privacy laws, the sharing described below may count as a "sale" or "share" for targeted advertising; you can ask us to stop it at any time by emailing us.
We keep your data only as long as we need it. Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted. Applications are kept while the project is active, so we can reach out if something fits later, and are deleted on request. To request deletion of any data we hold about you, email saintz@minorsaintz.com — we will respond within 30 days.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. You can ask us to stop sharing your data with ad platforms, or to delete everything we hold about you, by emailing saintz@minorsaintz.com. Asking costs you nothing and does not affect how we consider your application.
When you apply, we tell Meta (and, in future, TikTok) that an application happened, so we can measure which ads bring the right people. Your email is never sent in readable form — it is converted into an irreversible code before it leaves us. We also send a random application ID, likewise coded, which identifies your application without identifying you. If we later decide your application is a good fit for the project, we send that decision too, linked to the same code. This lets the ad platform learn what a good candidate looks like without ever learning who you are. We do not send your name, your links, your notes, or anything you wrote to us.
